About Us
We are a leading UK manufacturer and closed-loop supplier of laundry and cleaning products. After a period of quiet development, we’re gearing up to relaunch our sustainable range with a bang. Our mission is to deliver innovative, eco-friendly solutions that help laundries reduce waste, cut costs, and improve operational efficiency—all while championing circular economy principles.
Role Purpose
You will take the lead in rebuilding our sales division, re-establishing contact with existing customers, and forging new relationships across the laundry sector. As the face of our sustainable range, you will drive revenue growth by promoting closed-loop detergent supply systems and positioning us as the partner of choice for laundries committed to environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Re-establish relationships with existing accounts and high-value clients, ensuring they’re informed and excited about our sustainable range.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and manage a targeted communications plan for the laundry sector, including newsletters, case studies, and technical workshops.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process—from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation and closure—ensuring a robust pipeline and strong conversion rates
- On-Site Consultancy: Visit laundries to assess equipment and processes, advising customers on product selection and best-practice closed-loop systems.
- Closed-Loop Advocacy: Educate and persuade customers to adopt closed-loop detergent supply models, highlighting cost savings and sustainability benefits
- New Business Development: Continuously scout for untapped markets and partnership opportunities, attending industry events and leveraging networks to expand our footprint
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to feed customer insights into product innovation and promotional activities.
Person Specification
- Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within cleaning, laundry, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
